SYEP FC –

We currently have a 7 a side boys’ team playing in the Norfolk Christian League (you do not have to be Christian to play in this league). Although we currently have a manager, he is on placement which will end in 2019. Towards the end of his placement his involvement will become less, so looking for someone who would be interested working with him and eventually taking his place.

Broadening our services –

We are in the process of developing a three year business plan and aim to be proving a full time service for young people and also have goals beyond this. If you feel you can help or benefit this process please get in touch.

For more information on all our individual projects please visit their pages.

All our volunteers are given bimonthly 121 support. You will also have to attend a volunteer meeting 3 times a year. We also provided an induction and have a buddy system when they first start for extra support.

We are members of Momentum and all our volunteers have access to the training they provide. All volunteers have to complete an Introduction To Youth Work and Safer Training. There is lots of other training you can access via Momentum Norfolk (www.momentumnorfolk.org.uk). If you commit to the project and would like to access further qualifications this is something we can look into and support in anyway we can from accessing funding to providing references etc.

If you are interested in any of the above please feel free to contact our lead youth worker Clare Lincoln at clare.lincoln@syep.co.uk.

All applicants will be interviewed, undergo a DBS check and provide need to provide
